What are pheromones?

Pheromones are the key subliminal chemosensory invitations radiating from your scent. They act as a powerful signal to attract potential partners to you. This is part of what happens when people say they have "chemistry."

How are pheromones detected by others?

Humans have an organ called the vomeronasal organ (VNO) that until recently was thought to be vestigial (the function was lost through the process of evolution). However, the VNO, olfactory epithelium and olfactory bulb perceive the presence of pheromones and send this information via mitral cells to the medial nucleus of the amygdala, olfactory cortex (also known as the substantia innominata) and pyriform cortex. These are organs in the most primitive (sometimes called reptilian) part of the brain, located in the brainstem. These organs then communicate with the parts of the brain that regulate sexual arousal.

Are pheromones natural?

Absolutely. Most land-based animals, especially mammals, secrete pheromones. Higher concentrations of pheromones are correlated with sexual arousal.

If pheromones are natural, then I must already secrete them. Why do I need more?

Again, it's about the concentration. When we shower or bathe, we wash off the pheromones with the dirt and bacteria associated with negative smells. G Effects products replace and boost the levels of pheromones you already secrete.

How does G Effects create pheromones if they occur naturally?

We synthesize pheromones in our laboratories using state-of-the-art methods to create pheromones as powerful as those occurring naturally, if not stronger. A simple analogy: You can get vitamin C from an orange or from a pill. The vitamin C in a pill is synthetically derived to be molecularly identical to the vitamin C in the orange. Your body metabolizes both the same way since it doesn't identify the source, only the molecule.  

Are there any negative side effects associated with pheromone-enhanced scents?

How do I use G Effects pheromone-enhanced scents?

Spray G Effects as a mist at 10-20 centimeters/4-8 inches. Do not spray directly on skin, and do not rub into skin. This will delay its effectiveness and degrade the pheromonal potency. It's also best to use a bit extra at the pulse points where you usually use extra cologne: Wrists, sides of the neck/behind the ears, etc.

How long do the effects of the pheromones last?

Our pheromone-enhanced scents work at peak efficiency for 6-8 hours.
